Introduction
Welcome to The Park Hotel (Dunnings Bridge Road, Liverpool, L30 6YN). By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information regarding your stay.

Reservations and cancellations
2.1   Booking
Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or in person and a valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your reservation details.
2.2   Cancellation policy
  • For flexible rate room bookings, cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will not incur a charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged the first night’s stay
  • All book early and save/advanced purchase reservations are final and require full prepayment for the entire stay at time of booking. Payment is non-refundable. No refunds if cancelled or changed
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation
  • All meetings and events, require a deposit. This deposit in all cases is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • 2.3   Group bookings
    Different cancellation policies and deposit requirements may apply to group bookings (5 rooms or more). Please contact our reservations team by emailing reservations@theparkliverpool.co.uk. or call 0151 525 7555.

    Check-in and check-out
    3.1   Check-in
  • Check-in time is from 3:00pm
  • Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Guests must provide a valid, government issued photo ID and the credit/debit card used for booking upon check-in
  • Please ensure your entire party have appropriate ID available
  • We have a strict over 21 policy in order for guests to check in
  • A £50 pre-authorisation is taken via chip and pin via a credit or debit card on arrival
  • Monzo cards are not accepted
  • 3.2    Check-out
  • Check-out time is by 11:00am
  • Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

    Payment
    4.1   Rates
    All rates are quoted in GBP and include VAT. Rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed reservations will not be affected by any rate changes.
    4.2  Payment methods
    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers (please note that we do not accept personal checks).

    Guest conduct
    5.1   General conduct
    Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner and not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. The Park Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services to guests who act inappropriately or disturb other guests. The consumption of food and drink not purchased from this hotel is not allowed to be consumed at the hotel.
    5.2  Damages
    Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit/debit card for any such damages.
    5.3  Smoking
    All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Violation of this regulation will result in an additional cleaning charge being applied to your guest account.

    Hotel services and facilities
    6.1   Wi-Fi
    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for guest use. The Park Hotel is not liable for any data loss or privacy issues encountered while using the internet service.
    6.2   Parking
    On-site parking is available for guests. You will need to register your car registration at the hotel reception. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
    6.3  Special requests
    Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us of any special requests at the time of booking.

    Liability
    7.1   Personal belongings
    The Park Hotel does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Safes are provided in rooms for valuables.
    7.2  Force majeure
    The Park Hotel is not liable for any failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

    Governing law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
