Red Pepper & Tomato Soup (V)

Served with a freshly baked bread roll and butter

Smoked Salmon and Prawn Roulade

Dressed with rocket leaf, vodka crème fraiche and salmon caviar

Mini Aubergine Schnitzel (V) (VE)

Rested on a Greek salad

Smoked Chicken Tian (GF)

Smoked chicken tossed with sun blushed tomatoes and spring onion.

Sat on a bed of sweet potato



Main Course

Hand Carved Roast Turkey

Served with clementine and fig stuffing and honey mustard pigs in a blanket

Mustard & Thyme Sirloin of Beef

Served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding and drizzled with pan juice

Rested on a bed of seafood risotto & king prawn

Filled with sweet potato, kale, chestnut mushroom and cranberries

With a red pepper & garlic sauce
